A Much Needed Update!

Hello! Oh my it has been a while since my last update. Things have been hectic in the Perich household, to say the least!

Thomas is growing into quite the little man! Slowly approaching his 18-month mark, he is as free-spirited and strong-willed as they come. As outgoing and daring as his 20-lb. self can be, Stephen and I enjoy laughing at the many precious and sometimes disastrous moments he encounters! He completed his first semester at mother's day out and we have finally gotten to the point where instead of crying and holding onto my leg when he is dropped off, he runs to his teacher and says "Bye-bye!".

After beginning the construction of our home back in July, my days as project manager are coming to an end. We hope to be settled into our new home shortly after the first of the year. Home-building has been quite the experience and I can honestly say I have learned a ton about hardware, fixtures, plumbing, brick, roofing, concrete, insulation, lighting, stains, paints, flooring, etc... Who knew how many toilet selections there could be?! Although the process has had it's stressful moments, I will tell you that this home was built with LOVE and we are so excited to get in there and fill it with MORE love!! This brings me to my next topic...

We found out during the Thanksgiving holiday (while visiting my parents in NYC) that we are expecting another little Perich!! Thomas is going to be a big brother next July. We couldn't be happier to have another addition to the family!
